What is a Caffeine Bullet?
Share
Caffeine Bullets are energy chews formulated for athletic performance. The caffeine is absorbed as you chew, kicking in faster than gels, pills or drinks so that you can train harder for longer.
The caffeine kicks in quickly and does not leave a weird taste in your mouth.
Both the Mintense and Chocolit Orange flavours are great tasting and taste natural.
What Flavours Are Available?
Caffeine Bullets are available in 2 different flavours:
- Mintense - Mint
- ChocoLit - Chocolate Orange
How Many Calories In Each Chew?
Each chew contains 27 calories.
How Much Caffeine In Each Chew?
The mint flavour has 100mg of caffeine, and the chocolate orange flavour has 85mg of caffeine.
When Should You Take Caffeine Bullets?
Take 1 or 2 chews 30 minutes before your race or training unless the duration is more than 90 minutes, then take 0 chews before your race or activity and take them during your workout.
If you are running a marathon, aim to take them around mile 16 or 18 for a pick-me-up.
